Amy Warner - PT
Amy, co-owner, Reiki Master Practitioner Teacher and Strategic Intervention Life Coach, received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2000.
Amy wears many hats at Warner Physical Therapy. She is typically found working behind the scenes, treating patients, giving a 1:1 reiki session, teaching Reiki,
life coaching or working 1:1 with staff. When not working, Amy loves to spend time with her three children and husband traveling, skiing, hiking and listening to live country music.

Brian C. Warner - PT
Brian has provided Oswego County with skilled outpatient physical therapy services over the past 20 years.
He arrived in Oswego, NY working for Sports PT of NY, successfully managing the local site and providing care for patients.
In 2004, Brian and his wife Amy opened, Warner Physical Therapy. They expanded and developed specialized outpatient physical therapy services in Oswego County.
Brian is the Executive Director of Warner Physical Therapy, overseeing all day to day operations and treating patients full-time.
He is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA. In addition, Brian has successfully taken a variety of specialty continuing education courses, advancing his knowledge of functional biomechanical evaluation and treatment.
Specifically, Brian is certified to perform cutting edge evaluations utilizing the “Selective Functional Movement Assessment”,
a national recognized, evidence-based biomechanical evaluation method. Also, Brian is an active member of the community; living,

Jamie McKinstry - PT, DPT
Jamie earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in May of 2013.
She is also a proud alumnus of The Pennsylvania State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2009.
Jamie has taken continuing education on many topics with areas of emphasis being manual therapy and orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation/post concussional syndrome,
and pediatrics. Jamie is the Clinical Director at Warner Physical Therapy. Aside from her professional life, Jamie enjoys all types of fitness including running, yoga, circuit training, and recreational sports.
She has been a life-long athlete, beginning with gymnastics followed by volleyball and lacrosse through high school.
The injuries that are concurrent with athletics are what spurred Jamie’s initial interest in the physical therapy profession as with her own injuries she had to undergo physical therapy several times along the way.
Other interests of Jamie’s include spending time on the water with her family and friends as well as cheering on the New York Giant’s football team every Sunday with her husband and son.

Christopher Pike - PT, DPT
Chris is an Oswego, NY native that recently returned home to Oswego after completing his schooling at Gannon University in Erie, PA.
Chris completed his Bachelors degree in 2015, in the field of Sports and Exercise Science, followed by his Masters in Sports and Exercise Science with a concentration in strength and conditioning in 2016.
Chris also has previous experience as a collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach while completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Chris was also a Division II Football student athlete for 5 years where he truly found a passion for developing athletes and preventing injuries.
His passion in physical therapy involves rehabbing individuals who are active and currently not able to do something that they love, but he also enjoys preventing injuries as well.
Chris is the Sports Director at Warner Physical Therapy. Outside of work Chris is an avid sports fan routing for the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, and New York Mets.
He also works as a hockey official from youth hockey all the way to the collegiate level.
He truly loves spending time with his family as well as being active, and spending time outdoors.

Curtis Rissberger PT DPT
Curtis grew up in Lake Placid, NY and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Clarkson University in May 2022. Curtis also attended Clarkson University for his undergraduate education; receiving a bachelor degree in Psychology and with a minor in Human Resource Management. Curtis is currently serving as a therapist at our Oswego office. Outside of his professional career as a therapist, Curtis is an avid angler and sportsman who enjoys nature and all it has to offer. Curtis also enjoys spending time with, and training, his Chocolate Labrador(able) Mila. Curtis has a background as an athlete in several endurance sports including cross country running, nordic skiing, and long distance track events. From a young age Curtis has built and restored many cars, boats, and motorcycles which helped him develop a strong understanding of physics and mechanics; later sparking his interest and helping to bolster his understanding of the intricate anatomy and physiology of the human body.

Kimberlee Paye - PTA
Kimberlee is a licensed physical therapy assistant who received her Associates degree from Onondaga Community College in May 2009.
Kimberlee has been with our team since 2010 and is passionate with working with all age groups, especially kids and post surgical patients!
Kimberlee continues to enhance her knowledge in the field with continuing education courses and shares her love of learning and teaching as a clinical instructor taking PTA students from local colleges.
When not working, Kimberlee enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, her family, traveling, being outdoors, and cheering on the NY Yankees.

Pattie Holbrook
Pattie is currently one of our front office specialists. She focuses on scheduling appointments at a convenient time for you,
as well as insurance authorizations and verifying your insurance benefits. As a graduate of Bryant & Stratton, with extensive experience as a Medical Assistant for a local Pediatrician,
Pattie is available to assist you with any of your insurance questions and concerns. Her mission is to help make the physical therapy process easier for you.
When not at work, Pattie enjoys spending time with her two daughters, gardening, reading, baking and listening to live music with friends.

Jill O'Gorman
Jill O’Gorman is a front office specialist at the Oswego office. She received her BA in Communication Studies from SUNY Cortland and she enjoys making sure each patient has a positive experience at WPT. She loves spending time with her husband, 6 children, and little puppy “Moose” and extended family and friends. Outside of work she spends her time playing games, traveling, and listening to live music.

Michelle Farrell
Michelle grew up in Gouverneur, NY. and has been a resident of Oswego for the last 20 years. She comes with years of experience in the Medical Billing field. Michelle takes on the daily task of working with Insurance Companies to ensure benefits available.
Michelle likes spending time with her husband and family. Her interest are routing for the New York Yankees, cooking and listening to Country Music.
