Amy Warner - PT

Amy, co-owner, Reiki Master Practitioner Teacher and Strategic Intervention Life Coach, received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2000. Amy wears many hats at Warner Physical Therapy. She is typically found working behind the scenes, treating patients, giving a 1:1 reiki session, teaching Reiki, life coaching or working 1:1 with staff. When not working, Amy loves to spend time with her three children and husband traveling, skiing, hiking and listening to live country music.

Brian C. Warner - PT

Brian has provided Oswego County with skilled outpatient physical therapy services over the past 20 years. He arrived in Oswego, NY working for Sports PT of NY, successfully managing the local site and providing care for patients. In 2004, Brian and his wife Amy opened, Warner Physical Therapy. They expanded and developed specialized outpatient physical therapy services in Oswego County. Brian is the Executive Director of Warner Physical Therapy, overseeing all day to day operations and treating patients full-time. He is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA. In addition, Brian has successfully taken a variety of specialty continuing education courses, advancing his knowledge of functional biomechanical evaluation and treatment. Specifically, Brian is certified to perform cutting edge evaluations utilizing the “Selective Functional Movement Assessment”, a national recognized, evidence-based biomechanical evaluation method. Hanna Kearney - PT, DPT

Hanna is from Buffalo, NY and gained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017 from Daemen College of Amherst, NY. She also gained her Emergency Medical Technician while finishing her graduate studies. She had her first experience with PT while being a patient herself for a knee injury through high school sports. Since becoming a PT, Hanna has gained experience in outpatient orthopedics, balance, acute care, and acute rehabilitation therapy. In her free time she enjoys spending time on the lake and with her husband, Adam and their pets Oakley, Nora, and Jack.

Jamie McKinstry - PT, DPT

Jamie earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in May of 2013. She is also a proud alumnus of The Pennsylvania State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2009. Jamie has taken continuing education on many topics with areas of emphasis being manual therapy and orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation/post concussional syndrome, and pediatrics. Jamie is the Clinical Director at Warner Physical Therapy. Aside from her professional life, Jamie enjoys all types of fitness including running, yoga, circuit training, and recreational sports. She has been a life-long athlete, beginning with gymnastics followed by volleyball and lacrosse through high school. The injuries that are concurrent with athletics are what spurred Jamie’s initial interest in the physical therapy profession as with her own injuries she had to undergo physical therapy several times along the way. Other interests of Jamie’s include spending time on the water with her family and friends as well as cheering on the New York Giant’s football team every Sunday with her husband and son.

Angela Patnode - PT, DPT

Angela graduated from Clarkson University with her bachelor of science degree in Biology in 2012. She then went on to the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Clarkson University and graduated with her DPT degree in 2015. Angela's physical therapy interests include vestibular rehab, orthopedic care, and geriatrics. When Angela is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and reading.

Christopher Pike - PT, DPT

Chris is an Oswego, NY native that recently returned home to Oswego after completing his schooling at Gannon University in Erie, PA. Chris completed his Bachelors degree in 2015, in the field of Sports and Exercise Science, followed by his Masters in Sports and Exercise Science with a concentration in strength and conditioning in 2016. Chris also has previous experience as a collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach while completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Chris was also a Division II Football student athlete for 5 years where he truly found a passion for developing athletes and preventing injuries. His passion in physical therapy involves rehabbing individuals who are active and currently not able to do something that they love, but he also enjoys preventing injuries as well. Chris is the Sports Director at Warner Physical Therapy. Outside of work Chris is an avid sports fan routing for the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, and New York Mets. He also works as a hockey official from youth hockey all the way to the collegiate level. He truly loves spending time with his family as well as being active, and spending time outdoors.

Jessica Richards - PT, DPT

Jessica is originally from Parishville, NY. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Clarkson University in May 2019. She is also an alumni of SUNY Canton where she earned her associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2014 and bachelor degree in Health and Fitness Promotion in 2016. She is currently a Physical Therapist in our Watertown office. Aside from her professional life, Jess loves spending time with her family, friends, fiancé, and their new puppy Sammy. She enjoys many outdoor activities including kayaking, hiking, biking, fishing, and gardening. Jess is also a waterfall enthusiast. She and her fiancé have been to over 30 waterfalls in New York State.

Alyssa Brooks - PTA

Alyssa Brooks is a graduate of Villa Maria College in Buffalo, NY with an Associate’s Degree in applied science for physical therapy assistant. She is now a licensed physical therapy assistant working at Warner Physical Therapy since November 2018. She very much enjoys being a PTA and helping others. Some hobbies she enjoys outside of work include physical fitness, kayaking, going to the movies and spending time with her family. A fun fact about Alyssa is that she has a Ragdoll cat named Sofia!

Joslyn MacDougall - PTA

Joslyn MacDougall is a Physical Therapist Assistant with a degree from SUNY OCC, graduating in 2018. Joslyn also has a Bachelor's degree in biology from SUNY Oswego, with her first career being a zoo keeper. Aside from working as a PTA she is a wife, mother, friend, Yoga instructor, Aquabike athlete, and singer; in no particular order. She loves spending time on her bike exploring new places, climbing hills and taking lefts when maybe she should have gone right, but believes having fun is key. She enjoys singing and musical theater, watching her kids perform their passions, and spending time with her family and dog.

Kimberlee Paye - PTA

Kimberlee is a licensed physical therapy assistant who received her Associates degree from Onondaga Community College in May 2009. Kimberlee has been with our team since 2010 and is passionate with working with all age groups, especially kids and post surgical patients! Kimberlee continues to enhance her knowledge in the field with continuing education courses and shares her love of learning and teaching as a clinical instructor taking PTA students from local colleges. When not working, Kimberlee enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, her family, traveling, being outdoors, and cheering on the NY Yankees.

Sue Carroll

Sue is currently a medical receptionist at our Watertown office. She has two children and understand the importance of trying to accommodate people with busy schedules. She has 29 years of experience in the medical and insurance field. Sue enjoys spending her time off with family and friends, reading, and being outdoors.

Julie English

Julie is a resident of Oswego, she has lived here with her family her entire life. Julie went to Onondaga Community College where she received her Associates degree for Physical Therapy Assistant in 2005. She has been employed at Warner Physical Therapy since 2006. Julie enjoys cooking, reading, playing with her two Labs Khloe and Luna, and cheering on her favorite football team the Steelers. Other interests of Julie’s include spending time at her camp with family and friends. She also loves traveling and can’t wait for her next big adventure.

Pattie Holbrook

Pattie is currently one of our front office specialists. She focuses on scheduling appointments at a convenient time for you, as well as insurance authorizations and verifying your insurance benefits. As a graduate of Bryant & Stratton, with extensive experience as a Medical Assistant for a local Pediatrician, Pattie is available to assist you with any of your insurance questions and concerns. Her mission is to help make the physical therapy process easier for you. When not at work, Pattie enjoys spending time with her two daughters, gardening, reading, baking and listening to live music with friends.

Traci Pullen

Traci Pullen has lived in the Palermo/Volney area her entire life. She currently resides in Volney with her husband, Chris, son, Danny and two dogs Zoe and Bella. She has worked in the medical field for over 15 years. Traci enjoys camping, spending time with her family and baking. Traci started with Warner Physical Therapy in November 2017.

Deb Proctor

Deb has lived in Oswego for 39 years and counting. She has 35 years of medical billing experience with 10 of them being here at Warner PT as a billing specialist. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, traveling, quilting, gardening, and new adventures!
